Research Assistant Duygu Oktay was born in Hatay (Turkey), completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Hatay. In 2016, graduated from Near East University,  Nursing Department and at the same year  employed as research assistant in the Near East University Nursing Department.  In 2016, received her master’s degree in Nursing from Institute of Health Science, Nursing Program in Near East Unıversity. in Child Health Nursing from Near East University, Institute of Health Science.
