Prof. Dr. Gülşen Vural was born in Tunceli in 1962. She completed her high school education in Tunceli, üniversity education at Hacettepe University School of Nursing. She worked as a nurse in Turkish Organ Transplantation and Burn Foundation Hospital. She had her master degree in Hacettepe University Enstitue of Health Sciences in 1987. Dr. Vural got Ph.D degree in 1993 in the same Enstitue. Between 1987-2000 she had worked as an instructor in Hacettepe University School of  Nursing. In 2000-2014, Dr. Vural had worked in Gazi University School of Nursing. Between 2014-2016 she worked in SANKO University Faculty of Health Sciences Nursing Departman as an estabilisher. She has been working in Near East University Faculty of Health Sciences Nursing Departman from 01.09.2017. Dr. Vural has been as an observer in America in 01-30.05.2008 at Kent State University School of Nursing and at various hospital. Dr.Vural, who has attended as spokesman in international and national congres and symposiums related to her field, has foreign and domestic essays published at various journals, text authorship in books, and TUBITAK Prizes.
