Dilay NECİPOĞLU was born on 14.07.1990 in Nicosia on Cyprus. She graduated from the Ege University in Nursing Department in 2012 and immediately started to work in clinic. She worked in Near East University Hospital for two years, until 2014. Later started her Masters Degree in the Near East University in the field of Puplic Health Nursing. She has been working and carrying out her further studies at the Near East University as a research assistant since 2014.
