Assistant Prof. Dr. Burcu TOTUR DİKMEN was born in Bornova. She completed her primary, secondary and high-school education in Söke. In 2002, she graduated from Ege University, İzmir Atatürk Health High School, Deparment of Nursing. She worked as a nurse in different parts of Ege University Medicine Faculty Neurosurgery Department for 14 years. She completed her master degree in 2006 and doctorate degree in 2015 at Ege University Institute of Medical Sciences, Nursing of Surgical Diseases. She started working at Near East University, Faculty of Nursing in 2016. Totur Dikmen, who has attended, as spokesman, to international and national conferences and symposiums related to her field, has foreign and domestic essays published at various journals.
