He was born in Nicosia. He completed his high school education at Güzelyurt Turkish Maarif College. He completed his university education at Near East University Faculty of Nursing as the first in the faculty. He represented our country abroad as the first Erasmus+ student on behalf of Northern Cyprus. In 2019, he completed his master's degree in 3 semesters and graduated from the field of Public Health Nursing. In 2024, he completed his doctorate in Public Health Nursing. He has posters and oral presentations in many national and international conferences. On the other hand, he has scientific articles published in national and international journals. He has a good command of English.
