Ezgi Bağrıaçık was born in 1989 in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. She graduated from Gazi Famagusta Namık Kemal High School in 2006 and from Near East University Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nursing in 2010. Then (2010) she started the Master's program in Nursing at the Near East University Institute of Health Sciences and started working as a research assistant in the same year. In 2015, she received her doctorate in nursing from Near East University Health Sciences Institute.
She started her program. In 2021, he defended his doctoral thesis titled "The Effect of Training Given to Individuals with Type 2 Diabetes According to Pender's Health Promotion Model on Attitudes, Self-Efficacy and Health Promotion towards Insulin Treatment" and received the title of Doctor of Science.

She was appointed as an assistant professor at Near East University in 2021.

Assistant Professor Dr. Bağrıaçık was appointed as the Quality representative of the Faculty of Nursing affiliated with the Near East University Quality and Accreditation Coordinator in March 2023.

Articles in national and international indexed journals; Assistant Professor, who gave speeches and presentations at congresses and symposiums. Dr. Ezgi Bağrıaçık's academic interests include education and self-efficacy of individuals with Type 2 diabetes, microbiota, and geriatric individuals. She is married and has two children.
