Res. Assist Ahmadu INUWA

Ahmadu Inuwa was born in Zing, Taraba State, Nigeria, in 1982. He completed his primary,
secondary, and high school education in Nigeria.
In 2003, He qualified as a Nurse from the School of Nursing Jalingo. He worked with General
Hospital Zing before Proceeding with Undergraduate Nursing study at the University of
Maiduguri, where he graduated in 2010. He received the Vice Vice Chancellors; Award for
being the best-graduating student of the Nursing Department for the 2009/2010 Session. Upon
completing his Year of Mandatory National Service, he was employed as an Assistant
Lecturer at the University of Maiduguri until 2014,
In 2015, he completed a Masters Degree in Education from an Islamic university in Uganda,
and in 2018, he completed another Master's Degree in Public Health from Cavendish
University in Uganda. He is a Registered nurse and registered Nurse educator with the
Nursing and Mıdwıfery Council of Nigeria and a Fellow of the West African College of
Nursing.
He Obtained PhD admission in Nursing and is also a research assistant in the Department of
Mental Health and PSYCHIATRIC Nursing at Near East University.
He has articles in national and internationally indexed journals, speeches, and presentations at
professional conferences/seminars. His academic interests include mental health, Public
health, and the use of technology in health teaching. He is married and has one child.
