A conference titled “Gender Inequality in TRNC and What needs to be done” was held by Prof. Fatma Güven Lisaniler at the Faculty of Nursing of Near East University on 01.11.2023.

In the conference, the historical and current situation in the TRNC on gender inequality was conveyed, and statistical data and information about the change and process were given. After the conference, Prof. Dr. Ümran Dal Yılmaz, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, presented a certificate of appreciation to the guest speaker and a certificate of 3 saplings donated to the TEMA forest on behalf of Fatma Güven Lisaniler.
