Demet YALÇIN ÖZSOYLU was born in 1983 in İzmir. She graduated from Balçova High School in 2001 and from the Nursing Department of Akdeniz University, Faculty of Health Sciences in 2006. She started the master's program in Maternity and Women's Health Nursing at İstinye University in 2017 and completed her master's degree in 2019. Her master's thesis topic was " The Effect of Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy and Anxiety Levels on Breastfeeding Success in Mothers with Babies Hospitalized in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit" She worked as an operating room nurse between 2006 and 2010, as a quality manager between 2010 and 2019, and as a head nurse between 2019 and 2025.
